Ultra Coral maintains in-house core competencies in marine logistics, vessel handling, diving, animal husbandry, marine science, management, marketing and transport logistics. We also maintain an extensive network of consultants and contractors to ensure we can scale to meet the needs of client projects.

Ivy Dos Santos, Managing Director
Ivy Dos Santos serves as the Director of Ultra Coral Australia – UCA Research Pty Ltd, where she combines her extensive background in management and finance with a fervent passion for environmental conservation. An avid diver with a broad range of interests, Ivy spearheads the sales and exports of CITES-listed live corals while also managing extensive coral aquaculture operations.
With over 15 years of experience in finance broking business management, Ivy’s expertise extends beyond financial acumen. She holds an HR truck licence and diving qualifications, underscoring her versatility and commitment to hands-on involvement in marine conservation.
Ivy’s dedication to preserving the environment is evident through her leadership within UCA, driving the business towards conservation initiatives. Passionate about the ocean and committed to sustainable solutions, she loves getting out on the water and continuously strives to make impactful contributions to marine biodiversity and ecosystem restoration.
